🧱 Skid Breakdown & Progress
Set each skid's current phase — progress is credited per the Okland rules of credit (Material Receiving 10% → Spool Kits 25% → Fabrication 55% → Pre-Install QC 60% → Installation 85% → Post-Install QC 90% → Final Testing 95% → Shipping 100%) and rolls up weighted by spool count to Train, Area, and the whole Job. Updates save automatically in this browser.
Edit Project / Train / Area / Spools and set the current Phase per skid — changes save automatically and roll up into the Progress tab (the customer view). Reassign the Unassigned skids here, or + Add Skid to register a new one and assign it to a project, train, area, and spool count. Phases follow the Okland rules of credit.

This is the master weld dataset. Weld counts & welds-done entered here roll up Spool → Skid → Train → Job, drive the weld-weighted % across the whole dashboard, and feed the Spool Welding Weighted Values tool (shared data). Use “+ spools” on a skid to auto-create its spools from the scope count. Honors the ⚙ Scope toggles.
Enter the weld count and a weight per weld for each spool, then log welds done. Spool % = welds done × weight ÷ total — and it rolls straight up to the skid, train, area & job %. When weld detail exists for a skid, it overrides the phase estimate for that skid. “Auto-create spools” generates SP-01…SP-NN from the skid's scope spool count.
